Enjoy a wood-fired pork barbecue dinner and all the fixin's - Paired with New York's best whiskeys & special libations.

Kings County Distillery & Hillrock Estate Distillery, two preeminent NY distilleries will guide us through whiskey flights and exclusive drinks.

Kings County Distillery's head blender Ryan Ciuchta will join the dinner. Located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Kings County is NYC’s oldest, largest, and premier whiskey distillery. They were named Distillery of the Year in 2016 by the American Distilling Institute. At the dinner sample several of their Bourbon & Moonshine whiskeys plus a few exclusive bottles.

Douglas Thorsey sales manager for Hillrock Estate Distillery is also attending. In nearby Ancram, NY, Hillrock exclusively produces Bourbon, Rye & Single Malt whiskeys. The awards for their whiskeys are too long to list. Hillrock is a true "farm to glass" distillery. We will try all of their spirits during the evening and some special barrel finished whiskeys.
